Key Commitments

  1. To ensure responsible, safe crowd management planning remains at the heart of our community.

  2. To ensure our own planning is clear and definitive and reflects the roles in hand, even if others are less understanding of what we do.

  3. To ensure we make every effort to consider the safety and welfare of our staff, teams, audiences and the public; we will establish measures proportionate to the undertaking.

  4. To plan with a risk-based approach and think widely about risk management, encouraging others to do the same.

  5. To respect the guidance that has been provided, having first verified the source and version control for everyone involved.

  6. To work with agencies and stakeholders in an open and transparent manner to effect positive change.

  7. To leave sufficient time to ensure plans are suitable and fit for purpose.

  8. To engage early to give everyone time to plan.

  9. To ensure we have communicated clearly and thoroughly with our audiences, and the public ahead of time.

  10. To consider the door-to-door journey of customers in our planning.

  11. To ensure our events remain accessible, inclusive and sustainable.

  12. To continue to share information with one another in a transparent, open handed manner.

Our commitment to these values is unwavering, across all of our work around the world. They are central to our mission and to our impact.
